[cdt-dev] Puree installation - no search (F3)

Hello.
	After I wasn't able to upgrade 3.0M8+2.0M8 as I wrote on Friday, I decided to 
make a "clean" installation: I erased everything, downloaded:

eclipse-SDK-3.0M8-linux-gtk.zip
org.eclipse.cdt-I200405130300-linux.gtk.x86.zip
org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder-2.0M8.zip

and installed this.
I have the following problems:
- Each attempt to search (F3) for variables declaration produces the error 
message: "The operation is unavailable on the current selection".
- If "Perform build automatically on resource modification" is not checked, 
commands "Build Project", "Clean" do nothing. Only "Build All" works.
