The good thing with the ChangeLog  was in gave the opportunity
to quickly see what was going on, even if some ChangeLog entries were just

  * fix PR #xxxx

But ok, certain work formalism, like ChangeLog, that works great on other
open source project like (gcc, gdb etc ..) may not work for other environments,
not sure why; not the same culture ?

So yes, if it does not work for us, then lets remove it.
