[cdt-dev] Other API surprises

Here are a few things that are broken in the new integration builds:

- DisassemblyEditor and DisassemblyView - ExtendedTextEditor victim
- CApplicationLaunchShortcut - ILaunchFilter gone missing
- MakefileEditor - another editor victim
- AsmTextEdtior - ditto
- CEditorPreferencePage - looks like remnants from ExtendedTextEditor
- CCompletionProposal - jface.text.link gone missing, also looks like a 
new method added to one of the interfaces we implement
