Re: [cdt-dev] Re: Automated UI Testing

Hi there, Mr./Mrs. anonymous person,

We did some investigation and didn't really find anything open source that will meet our needs. There was word that one of the Swing test tools (Abbot??) was working on an SWT port but I haven't checked lately. There are some commercial products that will do such testing, but I'll avoid a commercial plug for one of our fine IBM Rational products.

[cdt-dev] Re: Automated UI Testing

I read on some June 2003 plans that CDT was considering automated UI
testing.  Was this ever put into play?

The reason I am asking is that I'm also a UI developer for Eclipse and
would very much like to keep a consistent framework of UI testing :)

Please advise.

Thanks!
