[cdt-dev] Bugzilla target milestones

Hi folks,

the 1.2 RC1 target milestone has been deleted from the CDT bugzilla
drop-downs. We've also added an 1.2.1 target, so any bugs identified
for a 1.2 maintenance release (e.g. the indexer deadlock) can be marked
as 1.2.1.
