Third time's a charm.  I have finally convinced my eclipse install to use 
JRE 1.3 and the RC0 builds have been redone.  I have also uploaded the zip 
distributions.  To find everything, follow the downloads link from the CDT 
home page.

If there is anything else broken, let me know ASAP.
