[cdt-dev] Upversioning features/plugins/fragments

This is mainly for Sebastien.  We need to upversion the manifest files to 
1.2.0 for the release build.  Since you are the only one who can commit to 
them all, did you want to take care of this?  Or do you want me to provide 
a collection of patches?
