Re: [cdt-dev] Request for new plugins org.eclipse.cdt.tools.core

The plugin names - 'org.eclipse.cdt.tools.core/ui' assume something generic.
If these plugins contain the GNU tools only we should use something like
'org.eclipse.cdt.tools.gnu.core/ui'.
