Probably not all, but certainly a very good chunck.
Since many folks are starting to take a more active role in the developement
(Witness the coming of the new parser, the builder and the work on CDT/UI), that has freed
some time here.

Now we need to coordinate all that 8-).  Has the debugger is getting more complex/flexible
it will need more info from other modules like, the cdt.core/Parse and Builder.
