Let there be DOCS!

Rational is leading the way in developing Eclipse Documentation for the CDT.

We would like to welcome Visnja Beg, from Rational, as prime for the help
documentation.

QNX will soon be supplying some generic content to help kick-start the
process.

We are in the early stages and welcome any and all others who are interested
in participating in this new initiative.

Please join the "cdt-doc-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx" mailing list if you are interested
in this initiative.
