Frankly,
I'll put the copyright notice in myself if it means we can get the code
faster :-). Since we are going to be doing a lot of work in the buid model
anyway, just submit it and we can take care of putting the appropriate
notice in.

It probably will make life easier for Doug. The point was to make this
clear for you i.e. that your code will be under CPL.
BTW, thanks for the initial work and ideas.
