Actually I think the problem is related to the new plugin.xml. I went back to a
previous version of Eclipse with an unmodified plugin.xml file, and the
debuggers are listed. But when I added the new
org.eclipse.cdt.debug.mi.core...jar file with the new plugin.xml the available
debuggers list becomes empty.
