[cdt-debug-dev] Changes in debug platform for 3.3 M4

There are some changes in the debug
platform's (internal) asynchronous viewer support that will be released
for 3.3 M4. Some of the changes are causing compile errors in the CDT debugger
(from HEAD). For the most part, the changes just require imports to be
reorganized. As well, there is a change to PresentationContext that needs
some minor modifications. I've attached a patch on this e-mail with the
required changes.
