RE: [cdt-debug-dev] GDB support in CDT

The gdb/mi support in CDT is the only reference implementation of the CDT debugger framework available for free. It's the (maybe not the best) way to demonstrate how to use the framework to integrate a debugger into CDT. I think it should stay where it is now unless somebody comes up with a better reference implementation.

Subject: [cdt-debug-dev] GDB support in CDT

What is happening(there is very little CVS activity) with GDB support for CDT?

If this is a more or less dormant project for lack of active commiters/workers perhaps it could be moved to cdt-contrib so the threshold to work on it is reduced?

IMO, it suffers more from lack of attention than too aggressive modification.
