[cdt-debug-dev] Zylin Embedded CDT build 
This build notably:

- supports GDB 6.4. CDT grew better support for GDB 6.4 a while back,
  which meant that some latent problems blossomed and had tobe
  resolved.
- support for function/address breakpoints. CDT would coerce f/a
  brekapoints into line breakpoints, which does not work well outside
  CDT projects or with optimized code.
