Ah, stupid me. Did a Ctrl+F on [1] and only looked at the *first* match,

Eclipse Foundation: Community bugs (eclipse.org websites, git/gerrit
servers, bugzilla, hudson, cbi, e-mail and other eclipse.org issues)
that is unfortunately rather misleading; the "Community" product doesn't
offer a good component (in particular, no CBI component).
Anyway, I filed Bug 498360 under CBI / build help (not sure whether
that's the right component, though).
