Hi,

we got Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=403237 complaining about that the e4 tools cannot be build with mvn clean install but require that the cbi configuration file from the relang repo must be installed first.

Can someone look at the bug and see if that can be done? I would be happy if it would be easier to build the e4 tools.
