[cbi-dev] o.e.equinox.executable problem - suggestions?

One of the outstanding bugs for CBI platform build is:
Bug 394216 - 
      o.e.equinox.executables IUs must be in build repo

Based on where the discussion has gone, it looks to be a complex problem.  The solutions seem to be massaging the p2 metadata generated by tycho as part of the build, but I haven't had feedback on either proposal.

I think the next step here is 1) we need feedback on modifying the p2 data after it's generated but before it's consumed by the rest of the build and 2) suggestions on going forward.
