[cbi-dev] Build failure due to being unable to download file

Hi Everyone,

If you try to build today you'll probably notice it will fail on org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tests with a message:

    Can't get http://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/eclipse/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.7.2-201202080800/eclipse-platform-3.7.2-win32.zip

This is because the this mirror is down at the moment and won't be back until October 10th. I attached a new patch to Bug 380035 [1] which modifies the download script to not depend on any one mirror. You should be able to apply this to the rt.equinox.bundles repo to resolve this issue.
