Hi Andrey,

The packages are located where you cloned the platform-aggregator not in 
the R3_localrepo. So it should be in your R3_platform-aggregator 
directory inside of:

org.eclipse.releng.tychoeclipsebuilder/sdk/target/products/

The p2 repo is under:

org.eclipse.releng.tychoeclipsebuilder/sdk/target/repository/

I will see if I can update the wiki to make it more clear.
