Are tests actually different between the two branches?

Do we need to generate unit test zip for R3, R4 or both branches?

    Maybe we should discuss Bug 376586 [1] as well. Since we have
    eclipsebuilder in git now maybe we should start building the
    products and junit tests from there and removing the TMP directory.
