Krzysztof,
There is going to be a lot of risk mitigation work being done, particularly
around running the PDE-build and CBI-build systems in parallel. Deferring
CBI until Kepler means deferring it for an entire year. Although I am risk
averse, I feel that delaying for a year is far too cautious.
