I just tried to grab the p2 native repo from the http://wiki.eclipse.org/CBI/Eclipse_Platform_Build page

http://eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/cbi/natives.zip\&r=1

I get "The selected file is invalid, or it is no longer available for download"
