Yes and Yes, which is why I find it so strange that the dependency isn’t built.  I’m using the following versions:

 

Eclipse

Version: 3.4.0

Build id: I20080617-2000

 

Buckminster UI

1.1.0r09456

 

Buckminster Core

1.1.0r09453
