[buckminster-dev] Buckminster has graduated

Hi,
On Wednesday Jan 30, Buckminster successfully graduated from Incubation. A move from Technology to
Tools was also approved. You can read my blog post here:

The actual move is scheduled for Monday Feb 4 at 4pm EST. At that time, the following will happen:
* The 'eclipse.technology.buckminster' newsgroup will become inactive. The archives will still be
there but further postings should go to 'eclipse.tools.buckminster'. Our mailing list will stay the
same since 'technology' is not part of its name.
* Our SVN, currently at /svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.buckminster will move to
/svnroot/tools/org.eclipse.buckminster. Our sample rmaps will be updated accordingly.
* The version numbering will change from 0.3.0 to 1.0.0. The revisions will also change since we now
physically switch to another SVN repository.
* We will start maintaining two update sites. One targeted for Eclipse 3.4 and one for Eclipse 3.3.1.1.
* The 'incubation egg' icon will disappear from our web-pages :-)
