[buckminster-dev] Vote for Committer status for Michal Ruzicka has started

This automatically generated message signals that Thomas Hallgren has
nominated Michal Ruzicka as a Committer on the technology.buckminster
project. The reason given is as follows:
Michal has contributed fixes for Subclipse
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=183982 and is the author of
the Buckminster JUnit test support

It would be great having him as a committer so that he can continue
supporting this and also take on new interesting tasks within the
Buckminster domain.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 8 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Michal Ruzicka must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
