[buckminster-dev] Erle Mantos & Carlos Sanches: Election Re-Vote

I'd like to nominate the following individuals as Buckminster committers:

Erle Czar S. Mantos
Carlos Sanchez

They have been nominated and elected, but this was done outside the new 
Eclipse portal.  The most efficient way to get their processing 
completed is to have a fresh vote and then process them again within the 
portal.  :-)
