[buckminster-dev] org.eclipse.buckminster.ant.ui now obsolete

I've replaced the internal ant runner that we had with the one bundled 
with Eclipse. See: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=192147

With this change, the org.eclipse.buckminster.ant.ui became obsolete and 
 if you update your workspace from SVN and has it lingering, you need 
to remove it (it doesn't compile anymore).
