[buckminster-dev] Filip and Karel for Comitters on Buckminster

Hi,
I think it is time to make Filip Hrbek and Karel Brezina comitters on the 
Buckminster project.
They have provided a test framework, lots of testing, fixed user interface 
issues and done a number of other things.
Their work is very beneficial to the Buckminster community!

Please vote for giving Filip and Karel comitter status on Buckminster.
