[buckminster-dev] import snapshot - broken or dead?

Hi, under "File > Import > Other" there is a "BM Snapshot" - but if selected 
it says that the wizard that does this can't be found.

Is the "import BM snapshot" functionality that should still exist?
Don't know if I should log a "remove the extension" or "fix the broken 
wizard" issue :)
