[bpmn-user] Re: STP BPMN Modeler question

It's probably best if you check out the source code and install all the dependencies: GMF, GEF, EMF, EMF transaction, EMF validation, EMF query.

Thanks,

Antoine

Hi Antoine,

I am Kawther Saeedi, a Second year PhD student at the University of Manchester. My research is to extend BPMN with some quality requirements such as Time, cost and Reliability.

I have seen your BPMN Modeler tutorial on Eclipse live Webinar tutorial. So I though you are the best person to contact for advice.

I am now trying to develop the extension of the notations, so I have chosen Eclipse STP BPMN Modeler to develop my Plugin. However, I am struggling to download and install the BPMN Modeler, I keep getting 404 File not found.

So far, I have download Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers for Windows. Could you please advice me how can I get the setup the BPMN Modeler and what is the best approach/tools to build the blugin.

Hope my question sound so basic,my development experience is very small and I am trying to learn :)

Thanks

Kawther Saeedi
