[bpmn-user] Re: Question about BPMN Modeler
|
Hi Mike,
you should install a standard Eclipse, and then install the BPMN modeler by using software updates:
My company Intalio offers a complete product on top of the BPMN modeler. The community edition may be downloaded for free from
community.intalio.com.
If you have further questions, please ask them on the bpmn-user mailing list added in CC.
Thanks,
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
I just listened to your webinar and hope you don't mind a newbie question. I am a Mac user and installed Eclipse SDK, but I'm sorry to say that I can't figure out how to download and install BPMN Modeler. I've looked around sites like http://www.eclipse.org/bpmn/ and your blog, etc., but I can't seem to find something I recognize as the installer for BPMN Modeler.
I'm not a programmer, so I'm hoping I don't have to download code, compile, etc. Is there some kind of installable file that I can install into Eclipse and start modeling?
I have Bruce Silver's new book and once I get my environment set up I'll be ready to rock and roll. I appreciate that you must get tons of email and you have lots to do. I don't need step by step instructions, but if you could point me to some documentation or download site, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
Mike
