[bpel-dev] Broken build for Juno

Hi,

The build is broken for Juno.
After investigation, it appears to be due to the use of non-API classes 
in common.ui (code that was moved in e4 and results in conflicts with 
the previous versions of Eclipse).
I found some classes that were useless and that can be removed without 
any incidence.

But there is the expression editor framework that remains a problem.
I will try to find more time tomorrow to work on it.
