[bpel-dev] BPEL file icons

Hi all,

during fixing of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=362904 I  
changed the appearance of BPEL files a little bit. The "flow" icon is now  
inside of the document outline (not in front of the document), to keep the  
"Eclipse Look and Feel".

If the majority of you liked the old file icon, I could change the icon to  
simulate the old appearance, so please give your vote for one of the  
versions.
