Up to now I'm using 3.6 SR 2. I opened a bug for that (341200 - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=341200). It seems you need to implement "IPostSelectionProvider" in the editor. It looks like JFace fixed a bug somewhere that causes the property sheet pages to miss a selection event. This is a known issue, but I haven't created a bug report for it yet - if you have time please do so...
