Hi All!

  Problem with importing remote WSIL/WSDL still exists
  when URL does not contain file extension (tested under Galileo).

  I've added defect into Bugzilla #278205 -
  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=278205
  and provided patch which is used correct resource factory
  for resource initialization based on content type
  (which is in our case equals to file extension)
  knowing before resource loading.

  P.S. any news regarding Galileo support in BPEL Designer?
