[bpel-dev] ConnectException error!

Hi all,
When I test a  'Helloworld' sample using web service explorer, It gives the following error;

IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred.
java.net.ConnectException
Connection refused: connect

Can anybody explain, why this occurs?
