Re: [bpel-dev] CVS sources

Are you saying it would not work using Eclipse 3.4?

2008/8/22 Simon D Moser <SMOSER@xxxxxxxxxx>

Hey Mike,

yes - sounds good. When you use the update installer, you should get
everything you need (keep in mind that we're running on Eclipse 3.3 still).
Then check out everything from HEAD - this is my workspace content

Do a clean and everything should work.

Hi Simon, thanx for answering.

I propably don't have the right version of wtp installed. I have tones of
eclipse installed on my PC in order not to have the different plugins
versions mixing with each other. This plugins architecture really is a pain
in the ass by the way ...

I think I'll restart from a fresh eclipse installation.
BTW, using the Bpel software update manager, I should have to install wtp
packages and others right?

As for the org.eclipse.bpel.xpath10.* package, all I did is to check out
the whole repo (/cvsroot/technology) in which the previous package has to
be.
Am I Right?

 HI Mike,

first error : Are you sure you have the right wtp version installed ? As
 indicated on the Website http://www.eclipse.org/bpel/install.php.
second: I have to take a look ?
third: recently you have to check out org.eclipse.bpel.xpath10.*; plugin
from CVS as well  ? Did you ?

 Hi all,
I've downloaded the sources using CVS and the following packages don't
 compile.
Do you have the same problem?

      bpel.ui:
            VariablePartAssignCategory: can not find import
            org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.internal.wizards.NewXMLGenerator; +
            other bugs
      bpel.examples.extensionpoints
            too many errors
      bpel.validator
            Some classes can not find import org.eclipse.bpel.xpath10.*;
 Thanx,

 --mike
