Hi all,

There a couple of fixes from me:
- to add documentation user had to add it twice (empty
<documentation></documentation> inserted on first attempt)
- sync of documentation was broken
- fixed NPE in ReconciliationHelper.adoptChild() (introduced after
extension activities patch, incorrect call of getElement on null
parent)

Oleg, could you please commit them?
