[bpel-dev] Commit rights for Rodrigo Peretti have been expired

Simon Moser has requested that commit rights for Rodrigo Peretti (rodrigo)
be expired.  The reason for this change is:

Rodrigo has been one of the founding fathers of this project, however, his
current job changed and he is no longer involved in BPEL work. He has been
an inactive committer for some time, and therefore I clean up his committer
status. However, due to the work done in the past, I recommend him as a
committer emeritus.

To honor Rodrigo contributions to the project, Simon Moser has nominated
Rodrigo for Committer Emeritus status.

this request shortly.
