[bpel-dev] Actions were refactored

Hi all,

 

I’ve slightly refactored actions in the editor taking into account multi-tab structure:

 

1. fixed accelerators problem
2. enabled global actions in the main menu

 

So, update your bpel.ui from the repository to get an updates (and new bugs for sure J )
