[bpel-dev] Can not see new project-> BPEL option

Hi all,
I installed a fresh copy of eclipse SDK3.2.2 (Version: 3.2.2 Build id: M20070212-1330).
I then installed the M2 build of BPEL, using the instructions from http://download.eclipse.org/technology/bpel/update-site/
The install when fine, but when I restarted Eclipse, I could not fing the wizard (new->project->BPEL) at all.
I double checked in the plugin directory, and I could see the following:

org.eclipse.bpel.common.model_0.2.0.jar
org.eclipse.bpel.common.ui_0.2.0.jar
org.eclipse.bpel.model_0.2.0.jar
org.eclipse.bpel.ui_0.2.0.jar

and the directory org.eclipse.bpel.runtimes_0.2.0

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
