I checked in the code to create partner  links and changed the property 
sheets of the partner invocation activities accordingly.

There is a wizard to create partnerLinkTypes from portTypes when you are 
browsing WSDLs that do not have partnerLinksTypes
(the <processName>Artifacts.wsdl file is used to store such 
partnerLinkTypes).

There is a "Quick Pick" tree view in the property sheet for the partner 
invocation activities. The intention there was to allow the setting of 
all the properties of the activity with one click: that is, setting 
partnerLink name, operation, and any variable  that match the messages.
