Team,

I spoke to Wenfeng late last week and he is stepping down from the BIRT PMC. I want to thank Wenfeng for his many years of service on the BIRT PMC and wish him all the best in his next endeavors. Wenfeng will continue to be a Committer on the BIRT project.

Going forward, I will assuming the role of the BIRT PMC Project Lead (pending Eclipse Board Approval).
