I'm moving this discussion out of bugzilla an onto the PMC list. I assume that you mean "Git" rather than "GitHub". How often does this push happen? AFAICT, there hasn't been an commit against BIRT since March 18. But there are bugs that indicate that some work has occurred in the interim. This makes it difficult for others to participate, solicit contributions, and grow diversity in the project.
