I won't be able to attend tomorrow's PMC meeting due to a schedule conflict. Following are a acouple of updates...

There is a nomination of Jiaying Liu to become a committer. The vote is 3 for and 0 against. Please approve.

We have started to synch up with the 3.2 release train.

Let me know if there is any issue that needs me to work on..
