Scott,
I'd much rather use Bugzilla (and the other Eclipse teams also push
folks to register enhancement requests in Bugzilla).
The problem with the Wiki is that a) it not very structured and b) we
ultimately need the requests to be in Bugzilla so that we can schedule
them. Bugzilla also provides a good tracking and notification mechanism
built in.

I wonder if it makes sense to use the Wiki to try and track feature
requests? If you all give me the go ahead, I will go ahead and set up
an area in the Wiki, seed it with some ideas and then announce it in the
newsgroup.
