[birt-news] "The output format html is not supported" Problem

Hi;
When I work the example program 
"SEVERE: Error.OutputFormatNotSupported
Report test.rptdesign run failed.

org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.api.EngineException:
The output format html is not supported."

occured.

I added libs files where
/eclipse_3_0_2/plugins/org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_1.1.0/birt/WEB-INF/libs
to classpath.

What is the problem. How can I fix it?
