This is indeed « a bit” of an older version… 😉

 

To do that, you first need to download and install the Eclipse Juno SR1 IDE from here: https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/juno/r.  Then follow these instructions: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elms/elm/7.0.2?topic=reports-installing-birt-tools to download and install the Business Intelligence, Reporting and Charting software from Eclipse Juno.
