Andrew, We don't provide the chart.runtime.feature in 2.6.0 now. Please try the chart runtime from the birt-chart Package: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/birt/downloads/drops/R-R1-2_6_0-201006171315/birt-charts-2_6_0.zip And for birt runtime feature, you can find them by install the org.eclipse.birt.osgi.runtime feature.
